About The Position

HSHS St Vincent’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a family centered care environment for our critically ill babies and their families. This position is full time, 36 hours per week, working nights (7p-7a) and every third weekend. The pay range is $36.50 - $55.50 per hour, with the actual rate determined by experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available for candidates with 2+ years of NICU experience. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) based on patient population.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing.
  • Critical Care Nursing experience.
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
