About The Position

HSHS St Vincent’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a family centered care environment for our critically ill babies and their families. This position is for a full-time RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. The role involves nights (7p-7a) and every third weekend. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is available for candidates with 2+ years of NICU experience. Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36
  • Nights (7p-7a) and every third weekend schedule.
  • HSHS requires COVID-19 vaccines or an approved medical or religious exemption for all colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.
  • Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
  • 2+ years NICU experience (for sign-on bonus).

  • Apply clinical knowledge within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
