The Registered Nurse Navigator – Breast Radiation Oncology serves as a dedicated guide and advocate for patients throughout their cancer care journey. This role coordinates and supports patient care across the continuum of treatment, providing education, symptom management, care coordination, and emotional support. Working collaboratively with radiation oncologists, medical oncology teams, surgeons, and other interdisciplinary caregivers, the RN Navigator helps ensure timely, patient-centered, and evidence-based care while promoting positive outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
