How you’ll make an impact in this role You will care for patients with complex, multi-system diagnoses (e.g., pneumonia, COPD, CHF, renal failure, liver failure, cellulitis, GI bleeds, addiction, diabetes, COVID), supported by General Internal Medicine teaching services and various subspecialties. You will gain training for acute and progressive care, prioritizing critical thinking, continuous learning, and seamless transitions of care through excellent communication and collaboration with case managers, social workers, pharmacists, and therapists.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities
