About The Position

As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care. Delivery of high quality of patient care through nursing education, nursing research and innovations in nursing practice. The department highlights include a Level II NICU and Level II Maternal Designation with a focus on compassionate, high-quality care. The spacious unit features 8 LDR rooms, 2 Triage rooms, 5 Antepartum rooms, and 2 Operating Rooms. There is a small but mighty team culture where teamwork, collaboration, and patient-centered care are at the heart of everything we do. Requirements

Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree Nursing
1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
