Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry (Nursing)
About The Position
This is a Registered Nurse position in a MedSurg / Telemetry unit. The shift is from 7 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend. The facility is open to local candidates (within 50 miles) at a local rate. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting within the specialty and documented travel experience. Two recent references from Charge/Manager RNs in the specialty are required, along with a skills checklist matching the specialty. An active NH or Compact RN license is necessary at the time of submission. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Candidates will need to pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with an 80% score during onboarding. A NURSYS report and verification of all active RN licenses are also required. Any requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission. Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Cardizem and Insulin Drips (for hyperglycemia, not DKA), and Phenobarbital on Tele is also preferred. First-time travelers with good experience may be considered. The traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg / Telemetry unit.
