About The Position
This is a travel position for a Registered Nurse in MedSurg/Telemetry. The shift is nights, 7p-7:30a, for 36 hours per week. It requires working every other weekend and every other holiday. A 2024/2025 Flu vaccine is required prior to the start date. A Massachusetts RN License and BLS (ARC or AHA) are mandatory. Telemetry and Meditech experience are required, with a minimum of 3 years of prior MS/Tele experience. A telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation.
Requirements
- Massachusetts RN License
- BLS (ARC or AHA) certification
- 3 years of prior MedSurg/Telemetry experience
- Telemetry experience
- Meditech experience
- 2024/2025 Flu vaccine prior to start
- HWL Coversheet required for all submissions
- Travel experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a MedSurg/Telemetry unit.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
- Document patient care in Meditech.
- Participate in patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
