About The Position
This is a travel position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care. The shift is days, 7 AM to 7 PM, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours. The nurse will be required to work every other weekend and every other holiday. Experience in telemetry and neuro is essential. A Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification (ARC or AHA) are required. Experience with Meditech is preferred. Floating to similar units may be required. A telemetry test will be administered on the first day of orientation.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA.
- Experience in telemetry.
- Experience with neuro patients.
- Travel experience.
- Ability to work days, 7 AM - 7 PM, 36 hours/week (3x12s).
- Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Nice To Haves
- Meditech experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit.
