About The Position
This position requires a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry. The role involves providing care in a hospital setting and may require floating to affiliated locations. A 36-hour guarantee is offered. The nurse will be responsible for patient care, documentation, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred. Critical Care RNs are considered if they are proficient with med-surg ratios and acuity.
Requirements
- Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in MedSurg/Telemetry.
- Documents travel experience.
- Skills Checklist matching specialty.
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
- NURSYS Report with all active RN licenses.
- 1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Cerner EMR experience is preferred.
- Critical Care RN experience with fluency in care of med-surg ratios & acuity.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg/Telemetry unit.
- Manage patient care according to established protocols and standards.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to affiliated hospitals (Concord Hospital-Laconia, Concord Hospital-Franklin) as needed.
- Take and pass a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
