About The Position
This is a MedSurg/Telemetry Registered Nurse position requiring 3 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry. The role involves working day shifts (7a-7p) for 36 hours a week, with a schedule of 3x12 hour shifts. The nurse will be expected to work every other weekend and every other holiday. Strong experience in telemetry and neuro is essential. MediTech experience is preferred. A HWL Coversheet is required for all submissions. For local candidates, the rate is $8 less per hour. Travel experience is required.
Requirements
- 3 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience.
- Strong experience in telemetry.
- Strong experience in neuro.
- MA RN License.
- BLS certification.
- Travel experience required.
Nice To Haves
- MediTech experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Document patient care using MediTech.
- Manage patients with telemetry and neurological conditions.
