Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Telemetry
About The Position
MidState Medical Center is an acute-care community teaching hospital providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a wide variety of specialties. We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Telemetry Unit. Our Telemetry Unit Registered Nurses have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license, using research, innovation and evidence-based practices. We offer clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as you complete your Telemetry Unit Nurse Residency. Student nurses and recent graduate nurses are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Practice at the top of their license, using research, innovation and evidence-based practices.
- Complete Telemetry Unit Nurse Residency.
