About The Position
This is a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse position on the Neuro Nights unit. Options for 36 or 48-hour work weeks are available, with overtime pay for hours exceeding 48. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6. The unit has 32 beds and utilizes rapid response team activation. This position does not require on-call duties, but floating to similar units may be necessary. Weekend coverage involves 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week period. The unit accepts first-time travelers and uses Epic for charting.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience required.
- BLS required.
- NIHSS required.

- CPI preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on a Medical Surgical Neuro Nights unit.
