About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical department at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. The position is full-time and involves night shifts. The nurse will lead patient care by delivering holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. They will drive care planning by initiating, implementing, and monitoring personalized patient care plans. The nurse will also coordinate the team, serving as a central communication link for all disciplines to ensure a unified care journey. Practice vigilant monitoring by accurately observing, recording, and communicating changes in patient conditions, acting decisively on clinical insights. Ensure continuity by managing and executing physician and nursing orders and coordinating patient discharge plans.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
