About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical-Surgical unit, working 36 hours per week on the night shift (7p-7a). The role involves collecting and documenting patient health data, identifying expected outcomes, and collaborating with patients, families, and caregivers to implement and evaluate care plans. The organization emphasizes continuous improvement in patient outcomes and experiences, and fostering a supportive environment for staff and the community. Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS
Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
- Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
- Evaluate and document patient’s progress
