About The Position

Centerpoint – Versailles, formerly Bluegrass Community Hospital, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for their Medical-Surgical unit. This role is crucial in making communities healthier by providing exceptional care. The Med/Surg team operates within a Critical Access Hospital setting, partnering with a 16-bed Med/Surg unit that also offers Swing Bed care. The hospital is a 25-bed facility located in Versailles, KY, and is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network.

Requirements

• Current Kentucky or compact state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing the patient’s condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care.
• Collaborating with physicians and providing patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions.
• Shaping exceptional patient journeys every day and leveraging skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.
