Registered Nurse (RN) - - Medical Surgical
About The Position
This is a part-time Registered Nurse position in the Medical Surgical unit, working rotating 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM as needed. The role involves collecting and documenting patient health data, identifying expected outcomes, collaborating with patients and their families, and evaluating patient progress. Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Current BLS
Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
- Collaborate with the person, family significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
- Evaluate and document patient’s progress
