About The Position
Saint Luke's North Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Surgical Unit. This nursing position will provide you with variety in your day-to-day and allow you to expand and grow your nursing skills. As a Med/Surg Nurse on this unit, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans. This unit does provide care to some telemetry patients as well.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree

Responsibilities
- Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
- Delegates tasks appropriately.
- Identifies hospital resources.
- Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
