About The Position
Medical/Surgical RN is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Department Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. RN – Medical-Surgical Unit (Relief) Location: Trinity Health Grand Haven Schedule: Rotating. This role is for a night owl with a heart for healing who thrives when the world is quiet and the stars are out. Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS certification
- A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Collect and document comprehensive patient data
- Create and implement personalized care plans
- Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers
- Evaluate and document patient progress with care and precision
