About The Position
2 West C is a medical – surgical unit composed of twelve private rooms and two semi-private rooms. 2 West C has 12 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms for a potential maximum census of 16 patients. 2 West C is a medical - surgical unit with telemetry capabilities that focuses on patients with vascular disease diagnoses. The patients admitted to this unit range from young adulthood through geriatrics. Admissions may also include other medical-surgical, telemetry overflow.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Experience with Epic charting
- Willingness to float as required
Nice To Haves
- Travel experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide care on a medical-surgical unit with telemetry capabilities, focusing on patients with vascular disease diagnoses.
- Admit and care for patients ranging from young adulthood through geriatrics.
- Handle medical-surgical and telemetry overflow patients.
- Utilize Epic for charting.
- Float to other units as required.
