About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for adult Medical-Surgical / Telemetry units in an acute care hospital setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident delivering high-quality patient care with minimal orientation and supervision. Experience in large or trauma-designated hospitals is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (must be current or able to recertify prior to start)
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent acute care hospital experience
• Proven ability to interpret telemetry rhythms
• Proficiency with IV insertions and general bedside nursing skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers
• Prior experience using EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
• Perform detailed nursing assessments and continuously monitor cardiac telemetry
• Initiate IV access, draw laboratory specimens, and administer medications
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document care and patient status using the electronic medical record
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
