About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN – Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and support high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This role focuses on utilization review, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate levels of care and compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license (ME or compact)
- Prior experience in unit management, utilization review, or care coordination preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform utilization reviews to ensure appropriate level of care
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Review clinical documentation for medical necessity and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with payers regarding authorizations and continued stays
- Support quality improvement initiatives and efficient patient care planning
