About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Med/Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in St Johnsbury, VT 05819. This position involves working the night shift from 7pm to 7am, with three 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours. The role requires admitting and assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs and symptoms, operating medical equipment, running and ordering tests, coordinating care with physicians and specialists, and charting patient progress. Travelers will start on Wednesdays, and during the week of orientation, those on a 48-hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to the midweek start. This is not a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient, so pediatric-only RNs should not be submitted.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
• ACLS certification required prior to start
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Current and valid American Heart Association BLS certification
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
