About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical unit will provide high-quality patient care to medical and surgical patients, including those undergoing joint replacements, spine surgeries, and bariatrics. This role is part of a dynamic team that prioritizes teamwork and patient safety, supported by engaged leadership and resources such as patient care techs, phlebotomy, and transport staff. The position offers flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities within a rewarding and challenging work environment.

Requirements

Diploma in Nursing required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required
1 year experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Texas RN license – upon hire required
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
