About The Position

This is a Registered Nurse position in the Med Surg unit, specifically on the MS Stroke Stepdown floor which has 64 beds. The role requires the nurse to work with an adult patient population and utilize the EPIC EMR system. Floating to other units may be required. The shift is from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Scrubs should be navy blue.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg/Stroke Stepdown.
• Travel experience REQUIRED.
• Driver's license matching demographics.
• Active NY RN License + NURSYS verification of all active RN licenses.
• Current AHA BLS & NIHSS.
• NIHSS required for unit (can obtain before start).
• RTO (Request Time Off) required at submission.

Nice To Haves

• Locals accepted at local rate (<75 miles).

Responsibilities
