About The Position
This role involves championing individualized care by implementing and monitoring comprehensive care plans, ensuring every intervention is clinically precise and focused on achieving superior patient outcomes. The nurse will lead a seamless patient experience by acting as the primary point of coordination across all disciplines, ensuring that care is well-integrated and communication remains constant. They will drive safety and clinical excellence by accurately interpreting and carrying out medical orders, serving as a vigilant partner in the execution of the patient’s overall treatment strategy. Additionally, the nurse will empower a successful recovery by collaborating with the care team to assess discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared and confident for their transition home.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
