About The Position
Providence Health & Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in an acute care environment. The RN will assess patient needs, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and provide high-quality care throughout the patient lifespan.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Montana RN License upon hire.
- BLS – American Heart Association required upon hire.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s preferred
- National specialty certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute care patients.
- Assess and address patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain patient safety and quality standards.
- Practice according to the applicable state Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards.
- Follow unit-specific clinical and specialty standards.
