About The Position

This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The nurse will monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, and implement and monitor patient care plans. This position also serves as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care and assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. The nurse will also note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Responsibilities
