About The Position
Trinity Health Livonia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Medical/Surgical unit. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation. The unit specializes in oncology and comfort care for patients with complex needs, including diagnoses like AKI, COPD, pneumonia, and respiratory failure. Nurses administer chemotherapy and provide specialized care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing patient care, coordinating and evaluating care, and delegating patient activities.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing required.
- BSN degree preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
- BLS required.
- Previous medical surgical experience preferred.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experienced Canadian Registered Nurses are encouraged to apply.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities
- Management of patient care during a designated timeframe.
