About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA. This position involves working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a total of 36 hours per week. The assignment begins on 7/20/2026. The unit size ranges from 20 to 34 beds, with a typical patient ratio of 1:6. Travelers are expected to wear personal scrubs of any color. An 8-hour non-billable orientation will be provided. Any requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at the time of profile upload; requests made after upload or during the interview will not be approved. A maximum of 5 days of time off will be accepted, with fewer days being preferred. At least two specific interview dates and times of availability must be included in the profile; 'anytime' will not be accepted. Med Surg travelers must be willing to float to any MS unit, and the client will not consider block scheduling. All time off requests must be included in the profile and made at the time of submission, as the facility will not approve scheduling requests at or after the time of offer or interview. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment. A permanent address must be included in the profile.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current Medical Surgical experience
  • Telemetry experience required
  • Willingness to float - Required
  • Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED
  • Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile
  • Active American Heart Association ACLS
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale NIHSS
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
  • Perm address must be included in profile
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
