About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical specialty at Wamego Health Center in Wamego, KS. The position is full-time, day-shift, with rotating weekends and holidays. The nurse will deliver direct nursing care aligned with organizational protocols and clinical standards, implement, monitor, and adapt individualized patient care plans, and execute physician and nursing orders with high accuracy. A key focus will be on patient safety and therapeutic outcomes, with collaboration in discharge planning to ensure a safe and successful patient transition.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
