About The Position

7 North is a 30-bed Medical-Surgical Unit dedicated to delivering exceptional care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions, including general medicine, respiratory, renal, cardiac, and oncology. The unit focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual's needs to ensure the highest quality outcomes. It fosters a supportive, family-like atmosphere emphasizing teamwork and open communication. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. It utilizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience.
