About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care in a medical-surgical setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 Months of Recent Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry Experience
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact License Required
- AHA BLS Certification Required
- AHA ACLS Certification Required
- Strong Telemetry and Acute Care Experience Required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition
