About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 Months of Recent Permanent Med/Surg Telemetry Experience
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in Hand
- AHA BLS Certification Required
- AHA ACLS Certification Required
- Strong Telemetry and Acute Care Experience Required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards
- Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in patient status
