Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Tele
About The Position
This position requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Med-Surg Telemetry and a minimum of 1 year of overall clinical RN experience. The role requires an active RN License, AHA BLS Certification, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification prior to the start date. Experience with Epic within the past 2 years is also required. The nurse must be able to float to multiple telemetry units and ED Hold areas, and work every other weekend or as needed for unit staffing. Block scheduling is not permitted. A complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility information is necessary, and all employment gaps exceeding 90 days must be explained.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg Telemetry experience.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience.
- Active RN License.
- AHA BLS Certification.

- Epic experience within the past 2 years.
