As an RN-Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You’ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring patients and families receive the support they need. Your role is vital in fostering effective communication within the healthcare team and driving solutions to meet patient goals.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BLS).

Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care using the nursing process.
- Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family education.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.
