About The Position

Join Community Health Network as we expand to our new campus in Westfield, opening in Spring 2027. This new campus will offer a full range of care options, including advanced critical care for adults and newborns, and integrative outpatient services. Community Health Network, created by and for our neighbors over 60 years ago, emphasizes caregiver growth and exceptional, simply delivered patient care. The Registered Nurse will manage patient care across the healthcare continuum, ensuring optimal outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. This role requires skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management. Specifically in Maternity, the RN will provide direct patient care to mothers and infants in an LDRP environment. Orientation and training may occur at various Community Health Network locations, including Indianapolis, Anderson, and Kokomo. Successful candidates will be adaptable, clinically versatile, and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• 1 year RN experience in Maternity required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network.
