About The Position

Nursing leaders are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Manager position with Liberty Healthcare. This is a key management role with new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a large-scale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Manager experience
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in quality oversight of incident management, grievance review, and complaint resolution
  • Experience in processing a high volume of cases
  • Clinical leadership skills
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Leadership activities support

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training and supervising a team of 10 human services professionals
  • Quality oversight of incident management, grievance review and complaint resolution activities
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective processing of a high volume of cases
  • Providing clinical leadership
  • Consulting on complex cases
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Supporting the program’s Director with various leadership activities
  • Leading with a focus on the best interests of the people we serve
