About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager role at Suite Living Senior Care offers a leadership opportunity within an assisted living community. The Nurse Manager will be the clinical leader within their community, fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting (or leadership experience in other clinical environments)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and support a care team
- Passion for working with seniors, including those with dementia
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Monitor resident health and adjust care as needed
- Ensure safe and compliant medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies proactively
- Guide and support caregivers in delivering high-quality care
- Provide training and coaching on best practices
- Partner with hospice, therapy providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated services
