About The Position
The RN Nurse Manager (Assisted Living) role at Suite Living Senior Care offers a leadership opportunity in a structured, relationship-driven environment, a contrast to the fast-paced hospital setting. In this position, you will serve as the clinical leader within a community, collaborating with caregivers, families, and clinical partners to ensure residents receive exceptional and consistent care. This role provides autonomy and the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, supported by a collaborative team including hospice, therapy, and leadership.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting (or leadership experience in other clinical environments)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and support a care team
- Passion for working with seniors, including those with dementia
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Monitor resident health and adjust care as needed
- Ensure safe and compliant medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies proactively
- Guide and support caregivers in delivering high-quality care
- Provide training and coaching on best practices
- Partner with hospice, therapy providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated services
