About The Position

Ascension Via Christi, St Francis is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for their Ambulatory Infusion Center & Vascular Access specialty. This is a full-time, day shift position. Associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through their academic partnership with Wichita State University. Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

• Optimize unit workflows and resource allocation to create a seamless environment for both your nursing staff and the patients they serve.
• Solve complex care challenges by identifying and resolving operational hurdles, directly improving the quality and safety of patient outcomes.
• Champion regulatory excellence by maintaining a culture of continuous compliance, ensuring our unit consistently meets the highest national standards of healthcare.
• Manage unit finances with a strategic eye, overseeing budgets and expenditures to ensure our team has the essential tools and supplies needed to save lives.
