About The Position

Ascension Via Christi, St Francis is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager for their Ambulatory Infusion Center & Vascular Access specialty. This is a full-time, day shift position. The role involves leading and mentoring a clinical team, optimizing unit workflows, solving complex care challenges, championing regulatory excellence, and managing unit finances. Associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through an academic partnership with Wichita State University.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
