Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows, nursing resources, and the complete talent lifecycle (hiring, training, and evaluating) for assigned units.
• Resolve operational issues affecting care delivery and mitigate safety hazards to guarantee a secure, high-quality resident environment.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure total alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor expenditures, approve purchases, and manage the unit budget to ensure strict compliance with financial guidelines.
