About The Position
This position will support Carondelet St Raphael's Emergency Center and Carondelet St Joseph's Emergency Department. The Registered Nurse Manager will be accountable for associate performance and the provision of patient care within a specific environment and shift. Responsibilities include monitoring fiscal and budgetary operations and providing support for the vision and direction of specific areas. The role requires ongoing interface and frequent communication with patients, customers, associates, and management. The manager will effectively manage change, facilitate innovation, and foster teambuilding.
