About The Position
This position requires an active Wisconsin or Compact RN license. Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Skilled Nursing is preferred. Strong skills in resident assessment, medication administration, care planning, and clinical documentation are essential. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care residents is preferred. The role involves managing changes in condition, physician orders, admissions, and discharges. Strong leadership skills are needed to supervise CNAs/LPNs and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
