About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). The role requires proficiency in medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations, possess the ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, time management, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. Flexibility is required for night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and weekday shifts (6:30 AM–3:00 PM), including availability every third weekend.
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license or Compact RN license
- Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
- Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations
- Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition
- Strong clinical judgment
- Strong communication skills

- Strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
