About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and monitor resident conditions
- Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond to emergencies and resident care needs
- Ensure compliance with LTC regulations and facility policies
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of life
