About The Position
The Labor & Delivery (L&D) RN cares for women during labor and childbirth. This role involves monitoring the baby and mother, coaching mothers through labor, and assisting doctors. The RN will prepare patients and their families for the stages of childbirth and provide support with breastfeeding after the baby is born. The Birthing Center averages 200 births per month.
Requirements
- 3 years of L&D experience
- Active IL License
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- COVID & Flu vaccination required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED
