Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Full Time Night + Rotating Weekends & Holidays
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens has a long history of caring for mothers and babies, having delivered nearly 100,000 babies since moving to Queens in 1957. The Labor and Delivery nurses provide a supportive, compassionate environment for all phases of ante- through postpartum care, specializing in Women's Health areas including obstetrics, gynecology, and labor and delivery. The hospital is an internationally acclaimed, not-for-profit academic medical center, recognized for its research, education, and compassionate care, serving 1 out of every 4 New Yorkers in medical need with over 2 million patient visits a year. Requirements
- 1+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification from AHA
