About The Position
The Registered Nurse Women's & Children's Pavilion independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care and policy and procedure. This position provides direct nursing care to patients and assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or APRN license
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience
- 1 year of pediatric ICU acute care experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care and policy and procedure
- Provides direct nursing care to patients
- Assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities
