About The Position

This is a Registered Nurse position in Interventional Radiology (IR RN) requiring 40 hours per week during the day. The role involves on-call duties every 5th day and weekend. The unit accepts first-time travelers and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. Certifications needed include ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Charting is done in Epic. This position floats between 2 IR rooms, CT, and Ultrasound, addressing moderate sedation needs. The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a primary stroke center, and a teaching hospital with residents and fellowship programs. Travelers residing in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris counties are not contracted.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• Experience with Epic charting.

Responsibilities
